Commercial Finance Analyst - City of London

A rapidly growing international FMCG organisation located in the city of London require a Commercial Finance Analyst to join their established team to undertake a 12 month contract. The main purpose of this role is to assist the Revenue manager ensuring the monthly reporting information is up to date and accurate whilst supporting the commercial team. This position requires a keen attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with different teams to drive financial accuracy and support strategic decision-making.

The Main Tasks:

  • Checking and processing Accruals forms
  • Invoice tracker reconciliation - on/off & Marketing
  • Prize reconciliation
  • Month end reporting
  • Month end prize adjustment
  • Month end Net Sales checks
  • Assessment of commercial proposals
  • Support of the commercial teams
  • Support with the Budget and forecasting process
  • Support with agency reporting
  • Support with Monthly marketing tracking
  • Maintain and update commercial finance tools
  • Maintain & supporting with system integrity
  • Ad hoc reporting

The Person:

  • Working towards a professional qualification (preferably ACCA, CIMA).
  • Good Excel skills
  • 1-2 years experience in a similar role.
  • FMCG industry experience 'nice to have'.
