A leading financial services organisation is undertaking a major technology transformation programme, modernising the way products are delivered across engineering teams and business functions.
Your new role
We're looking for an Engineering Delivery Manager to drive end-to-end delivery across multiple engineering workstreams.This is not a traditional Scrum Master role. You will act as the delivery lead, owning governance, release management, dependency tracking and stakeholder engagement across Agile teams. Working closely with engineering, product and business stakeholders, you'll ensure delivery commitments are met and releases are successfully delivered into production.
What you'll need to succeed

• Experience as an Engineering Delivery Manager, Delivery Manager, Technical Delivery Manager or senior Scrum Master operating beyond Agile ceremonies.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, release management, governance and delivery planning.
• Experience managing multiple engineering teams, dependencies and complex delivery programmes.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, working across technology, product and business teams.
• Proven track record delivering within large-scale transformation programmes.
• Background in software engineering, development, architecture or highly technical delivery environments would be advantageous.
• Financial services background required.
