HIRING | Senior Account Manager - Organic Social
Remote (UK) | 35-hour week

I'm partnering with an award-winning, fast-growing social-first creative agency that's looking for a Senior Account Manager to join their Organic Social team.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves building client relationships, leading creative social campaigns, and driving strategic growth across a portfolio of well-known consumer brands.

• Leading day-to-day relationships across multiple client accounts
• Developing organic social strategies and overseeing content delivery
• Managing content calendars, creative production and UGC campaigns
• Working closely with creators, influencers and internal creative teams
• Presenting insights and campaign performance to clients
• Identifying opportunities for account growth and upselling services
• Mentoring junior team members and championing best practice across Organic Social

• 4+ years' experience in a social, digital or creative agency
• Strong knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Reddit, Threads and emerging platforms
• Experience managing multiple client accounts
• A passion for social-first content, culture and trends
• Strong commercial awareness with excellent client management skills
• Experience overseeing content production and creator/UGC campaigns
