Finance Coordinator | Global Fashion & Media Group | London (Hybrid)

£34,000 - £36,000 + bonus + study support

Harmonic are partnering with a global fashion and media group as they build out the finance team supporting their London business.

Our client represents the creative talent behind some of the most recognisable fashion, beauty and editorial work produced anywhere. The London transactional team is being rebuilt with clearer ownership and better process, and this role sits at the centre of it.

You'll mentor and eventually manage a junior peer, own the AP and billing cycle end to end, with day to day oversight of a Biller and AP support, and real scope to shape how the team works.

What you'll do

• Own the end to end accounts payable process across the group's fashion businesses
• Oversee talent and vendor onboarding, fortnightly statements and expense allocation
• Coordinate payment runs and submit to the group treasury team
• Lead on billing: customer invoices, portal uploads, VAT treatment and credit notes
• Act as the finance point of contact for artists, managers and business leads
• Support the Biller and AP team, and drive process improvement

What our client needs to see (essential)

• 2-4 years in a high-volume transactional finance role covering AP, billing, or both
• Experience owning payment runs
• Strong Excel
• Excellent communicator, confident with senior and non-finance stakeholders
• Comfortable taking ownership without close supervision

Non-essential: AAT studying or qualified, SAP, experience checking or coordinating others' work, background in fashion, media or entertainment

Location: Central London, three days in the office
Start date: ASAP, strong preference for immediate availability
