About the Role

We're seeking a Full Stack Developer to join a leading digital consultancy delivering impactful projects across public and private sector organisations. You'll work within multidisciplinary teams to build secure, scalable, cloud-native solutions using modern technologies and engineering best practices.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Building and maintaining applications using Kotlin, Java and Spring Boot
  • Developing microservices and REST APIs.
  • Delivering solutions across AWS, Azure and GCP environments.
  • Working with Docker, Kubernetes and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to design and deliver user-focused digital services.
  • Mentoring junior engineers and promoting engineering best practice.
What We're Looking For
  • Strong commercial experience with Kotlin.
  • Background in Java and Spring Boot development.
  • Experience building microservices and RESTful APIs.
  • Exposure to AWS, Azure or GCP.
  • Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Knowledge of DevOps and modern software delivery practices.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Consultancy experience is beneficial but not essential.
  • Mentoring or technical leadership experience is a plus.
