Programme Officer in London - Signature Recruitment

This full time temporary role is based in Central London and is fully office based. The position is available for 10 weeks, paying £19.21 per hour plus holiday pay. You'll join a welcoming and fast-paced student services environment where you'll play an important role in supporting programme delivery, helping students and colleagues, and ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly.

No two days are the same in this varied role. Working with a diverse student community and supportive colleagues, you'll combine excellent customer service with strong organisational skills to help create a positive student experience. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems and learning new processes in a collaborative higher education environment.

• Manage a busy inbox, responding promptly to student enquiries both online and in person.
• Prepare registers, daily reception lists and student documentation to support programme delivery.
• Allocate teaching rooms and maintain accurate programme records.
• Process student changes, including class transfers, withdrawals and timetable amendments.
• Arrange student level assessments and support enrolment processes.
• Provide reception cover while delivering excellent customer service and supporting a range of administrative tasks.

• Previous experience in a busy administrative or programme support role.
• Excellent customer service skills with confidence supporting people both face to face and online.
• A positive, proactive attitude with the ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.
• Experience using student information systems, Microsoft Office and virtual learning platforms would be an advantage.
