Programme Administrator in London - Signature Recruitment

This is a one-month temporary position paying £20.01 per hour plus holiday pay, with an immediate start. Based in London, the role offers hybrid working, giving you a great balance between office and home-based days.

You will be joining a busy and collaborative department supporting postgraduate programmes and wider operations. No two days are likely to look quite the same. You could be helping with a student enquiry, coordinating an event, updating records or sorting a facilities request. It is an ideal opportunity if you enjoy variety, like solving problems and take satisfaction from making things easier for those around you.

• Provide day-to-day administrative support across postgraduate programmes and teaching activities
• Respond to student enquiries and liaise with academic and professional services colleagues
• Coordinate departmental inboxes, programme activities, meetings and events
• Support HR and finance administration while maintaining accurate records and information
• Manage estates and facilities administration, including keys, passes, access fobs and requests
• Maintain departmental data and systems while providing flexible operational support where needed

• Higher Education programme administration experience is preferred, with experience supporting students and staff
• Experience providing HR, finance, estates or facilities administration
• Strong organisational and customer service skills, with a proactive approach to work
• Calm, flexible and responsive to changing priorities, with confidence working on-site
