An exciting opportunity for an experienced Legal PA to join a leading international law firm, supporting a senior Partner within its Corporate & Structured/Asset Finance practice.

This is a role for a proactive, confident and highly organised Legal PA who enjoys being one step ahead and becoming a trusted right hand to a senior Partner.

• Complex diary and meeting management across multiple time zones
• International and domestic travel arrangements
• Preparing and formatting high-quality documents
• Managing expenses, billing and time recording
• Supporting client meetings, events and business development
• CRM and client database management
• Opening new matters and supporting AML/KYC processes
• Providing wider support to Partners and fee earners as required

You'll ideally have 2+ years' experience in a major law firm, with legal experience advantageous.

£60,000+ salary | 4 days office / 1 day remote | 9am-5pm
