Unqualified teacher in London - Prospero Teaching

We are currently recruiting Unqualified Teachers to work in secondary schools across Chelmsford on a day-to-day and short-term supply basis.

Whether you've worked as a Cover Supervisor, Teaching Assistant, Tutor, Sports Coach, Youth Worker, or have other relevant experience in education, we'd love to hear from you.

The Role:

• Deliver pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects.
• Manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment.
• Support students in their learning and encourage engagement.
• Adapt confidently to different school settings and year groups.

• Previous experience working with children or young people in an educational or similar setting.
• Strong communication and behaviour management skills.
• A positive, professional, and adaptable approach.
• A genuine passion for supporting young people's education.
