Elevation Recruitment Group are currently working with a successful and growing business who are looking to appoint a Customer Service Advisor to join their team in Wetherby on a permanent basis.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with customers, solving problems and providing a consistently high level of service. You will be joining a friendly and collaborative team within a fast-paced environment, where no two days are the same.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for customers across a range of enquiries.

• Provide friendly, professional and efficient customer support.

• Respond to queries relating to orders, deliveries, products and services.

• Liaise with couriers and other internal teams to resolve customer issues.

• Investigate and resolve customer queries promptly and effectively.

• Build positive relationships with customers and provide a personalised service.

• Maintain accurate customer information and update the CRM system.

• Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a smooth customer journey.

• Support the wider team with general customer service administration when required.

About You

The successful candidate will ideally have:

• Previous experience within a customer service or customer-facing environment.

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

• A confident and professional telephone manner.

• The ability to remain calm and solution-focused when dealing with challenging queries.

• Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills.

• The ability to work effectively in a busy, fast-paced environment.

• A positive, flexible and proactive approach to work.

• Previous experience using a CRM system would be advantageous, although not essential.
