Your new role
Taking full ownership of accounting across the business, taking ownership for monthly reporting as well as performance analysis the commercial and residential asset class.
Duties include:

• Fund accounting for companies leading fund
• NAV calculation
• Reporting to CFO
• Monthly performance reporting including variance analysis and board presentation
• Manage the year-end process including audit liaison
• FCA compliance reports

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be a qualified or part qualified finance professional with a background and understanding of fund accounting or real estate.
