If yes, then this Behaviour HLTA role is for you!!!

The Role - Behaviour HLTA
Seeking a confident and resilient Behaviour HLTA to support pupils aged 11-16 within a specialist SEMH setting in Wandsworth. You will work closely with teachers and pastoral staff to lead learning activities, deliver targeted interventions and provide additional support for pupils who display challenging behaviour. The role involves implementing behaviour strategies, using de-escalation techniques, supporting emotional regulation, leading lessons when required and acting as a positive role model. You will play a key role in helping pupils re-engage with education and develop the confidence, resilience and skills needed to succeed.

The School - Behaviour HLTA
