As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will deliver key 1-on-1 and small group instructions to students with special educational needs. This full-time, long-term SEN Teaching Assistant position offers excellent career progression and stable pay rates.

Key Tasks:
- Deliver targeted academic and routine guidance to SEND pupils, 1 to 1 or in small groups
- Assist the teacher by adapting the learning programme to student targets.
- Guide student behaviour with patience, clear boundaries, and positive reinforcement.
- Track, monitor, and report student progress to the SENDCo.

Requirements:
- Proven experience or relevant training as an SEN Teaching Assistant or SEND Support Worker.
- Deep knowledge of conditions like Autism, ADHD, or Speech and Language needs.
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willing to apply.
- Full compliance with standard UK school safeguarding regulations.
