Job Title: Building Manager

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 7:30AM - 5PM and Saturday 8AM - 12PM

Location: East London

Role Overview We are seeking a professional, service-oriented Building Manager to be the first point of contact for our guests and visitors. The Building Manager will provide exceptional customer service, assist with inquiries and requests, and ensure a welcoming, efficient experience for everyone interacting with the property.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet guests and visitors in a polite, friendly, and professional manner.

  • Respond promptly to inquiries via front desk, phone, email, and in-person.

  • Provide information about the building's facilities, amenities, and local services.

  • Coordinate and manage guest requests such as reservations, transportation arrangements, deliveries, and package handling.

  • Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and requests.

  • Monitor public areas for cleanliness and safety; report or escalate maintenance or security issues as needed.

  • Assist with access control procedures, visitor registration, and issuance of temporary passes where applicable.

  • Collaborate with other departments (maintenance, security, management) to resolve guest issues and ensure smooth operations.

  • Uphold standards of confidentiality, professionalism, and customer service at all times.

Desirable Attributes

  • Previous experience in a concierge, front desk, hospitality, or customer-facing role.

  • Problem-solving attitude and ability to anticipate guest needs.

  • Familiarity with common property management or visitor management systems.

Working Conditions

  • This role involves regular interaction with residents and staff and may require standing for extended periods.

  • Shift patterns and hours will be discussed at interview.
