Position: Part-Time Housekeeper
Location: Notting Hill, W14
Salary: £22-24gph. £28,600-£31,200 gross per annum, depending on experience
Hours: 25 hours per week, Monday-Friday mornings, approximately 8:30/9:00am start
Start: Early September
Employment: Permanent, live-out

A lovely opportunity for an experienced, discreet and highly capable Part-Time Housekeeper to join a private household in Notting Hill.
The property has recently transitioned from a rental into the clients' permanent main residence and requires someone who can take pride in maintaining a beautiful, lived in home to an exceptionally high standard.
Duties

• 
  Full housekeeping and cleaning of the home to a very high standard
• 
  Extensive laundry and high-standard ironing
• 
  Careful handling of fine furnishings and precious artwork
• 
  Occasional grocery shopping and fridge stocking
• 
  Occasional dog walking for the family's small, friendly terrier
• 
  Liaising with the family's PA/household contacts and contractors
• 
  Being comfortable providing access to contractors and acting as a trusted key holder
• 
  General household organisation and ensuring the home is well maintained and presented

The property includes a separate garden house and garden office, which will also require occasional attention.

Candidate Profile
The successful candidate will be an experienced private housekeeper with excellent attention to detail and particularly strong ironing and laundry skills. You will be trustworthy, discreet, organised and confident working independently.
The family travel regularly and have a busy lifestyle, so someone who is adaptable, communicative and happy to take initiative will be highly valued. A genuine dog lover is essential.
