Experienced Picker in London - Premier Work Support

Our client in Enfield are looking to hire an Experienced Picker to assist in preparing orders for shipping.

The picker will be experienced and able to pick products, place and arrange on pallets. You will check containers for damage, and confirm correct items and quantities are selected. The role involves frequent manual handling and sustained physical effort.

To ensure success in this position, you will need to perform to a high level of accuracy. Top candidates will be organised and be able to perform under pressure.

The job is Monday to Friday - 7am to 4pm. This is a temporary role, with the opportunity to become permanent for the right person, subject to attendance, time-keeping and performance

Picker Responsibilities:

• Ensuring work areas are kept clean, neat and well-organised.
• Picking orders as requested by management.
• Sealing and tagging containers, confirming accuracy of orders and signing pick tickets to confirm.
• Ensuring correct shipping information is attached and moving completed orders to shipping area.
• Placing picked items on pallets.

Picker Requirements:

• Experience in a similar role.
• Electric pump truck experience is essential.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work as a team.
• Proficient organisational skills.
