The ideal candidate will be a well-trained FIG banker at Associate level.

You will be working in an investment bank, boutique, Big 4 FIG M&A team or corporate M&A team.

You will be seeking an ambitious and dynamic team with a strong track record and primed for future growth.

Responsibilities will centre on:

1. You will be responsible for the management of live transactions
2. You will oversee the teams production of marketing presentations, Information Memoranda and other transaction documentation etc
3. Begin to take a lead role in developing strategic ideas for clients
4. Providing support to senior professionals with the development/maintaining of client relationships and new business generation
