Key Responsibilities
  • Managing client correspondence, including emails and telephone enquiries, and directing queries to the appropriate Wealth Manager or Financial Planner.
  • Supporting new business processing, including new client onboarding and liaising with clients, providers and other relevant parties.
  • Adding and maintaining accurate client information on back-office systems.
  • Recording fees, payments and other relevant financial information on internal systems.
  • Preparing and updating client packs, documentation and supporting materials.
  • Managing client requests, including fund movements and transfers.

  • Diarising and monitoring income payments, management fees and asset transfers.
  • Producing client valuations and liaising with providers to obtain outstanding statements and resolve queries.
  • Supporting and overseeing client-related systems and processes to ensure an efficient end-to-end service.
  • Assisting with general office administration and day-to-day office management.
  • Providing guidance and support to junior members of the administration team.
About You

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A minimum of 5 years' financial administration experience, ideally within an IFA, Wealth Management or Financial Planning environment.
  • Strong knowledge of financial services administration and client processes.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Excel.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Confidence working with numbers and financial information.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
  • The ability to prioritise and manage a changing workload.
  • A professional, personable and client-focused approach.
  • The ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • A strong work ethic and proactive approach to problem-solving.
