You'll be comfortable travelling across their entities when required, implementing new systems, improving existing processes, improving employee engagement and driving positive change across the business. You'll be someone who embraces new ideas, works collaboratively and is always looking for ways to make things work better.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
  • Oversee HR administration, payroll coordination, and data reporting
  • Drive talent development initiatives including succession planning
  • Ensure compliance with UK employment law and internal policies
  • Build dashboards and provide insights to support decision-making

  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, evolving or multi-site environment
  • Confident influencing stakeholders across all levels
  • Data-driven with strong reporting and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and organisational abilities
