Job Description

Our client is experiencing significant growth and is seeking to expand their team with talented Architectural Professionals across a range of experience levels. Whether you are at the beginning of your career or an established Architectural Technician or Technologist seeking your next opportunity, this is an excellent chance to join a progressive, well-respected architectural practice committed to supporting long-term career development.

This opportunity offers the chance to work within a collaborative, family-run business that places genuine value on its people, invests in professional growth, and fosters a culture of teamwork, accountability, and excellence.

Successful candidates will have the opportunity to contribute to projects from initial concept through to completion across a diverse portfolio spanning the commercial, industrial, and residential sectors throughout the UK and internationally. Responsibilities will vary according to experience but may include the production of technical drawings and specifications, preparation of planning and Building Regulations submissions, coordination with consultants and contractors, and ensuring compliance with current legislation and industry standards. You will work closely with both clients and colleagues throughout the project lifecycle, gaining exposure to a wide range of technically challenging and rewarding projects while continuing to develop your professional expertise.

Applications are welcomed from individuals with a strong interest in technical design and project delivery. Experience with AutoCAD and/or Revit is desirable, together with an understanding of UK Building Regulations appropriate to your level of experience. Strong organisational and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively are essential. Experience within the commercial or industrial sectors, knowledge of sustainable design principles, or CIAT membership (or a commitment to working towards professional accreditation) would be advantageous.

Benefits include:
  • Competitive salary commensurate with experience
  • Structured career development and ongoing CPD opportunities
  • Supportive and collaborative working environment
  • Clear opportunities for progression within a growing practice
  • Company pension scheme
  • On-site parking
  • Office fruit scheme

Our client is a CIAT-accredited architectural practice established with a commitment to delivering thoughtful, high-quality design solutions with integrity. Their values of People, Legacy, Accountability, and Navigation underpin every aspect of their business and have helped establish a reputation for technical excellence, collaboration, and exceptional client service.

As the practice continues to grow, they are seeking ambitious and motivated architectural professionals who are looking to develop their careers within a supportive and forward-thinking environment where professional development and long-term success are actively encouraged.

If you are seeking an opportunity to join an established and expanding architectural practice where your contribution will be recognised and your career supported, we would welcome the opportunity to discuss this position with you. Please contact Select Recruitment Specialists for further information.
