LEGAL SECRETARIAL TEAM LEADERS - READY TO LEAD, DEVELOP AND PLAY A VITAL ROLE WITHIN THE BUSINESS?

We're looking for an experienced Legal Secretarial Team Leader to lead a team of up to 20 direct reports, reporting into the Secretarial Manager, within a leading professional services environment.

Up to £68,000
50/50 hybrid working
London

This is a genuine leadership role where you'll be responsible for the day-to-day management, development and leadership of your team, ensuring they feel supported, motivated and equipped to provide first-class support to internal clients.

You'll also work closely with stakeholders across the business, building strong relationships, understanding their needs and making sure the support provided is consistently excellent.
