Head of BD - Real Estate in London - Norfolk Capsey

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Head of Business Development & Marketing to join the BD function of a leading global law firm, supporting its highly regarded Real Estate practice.

This is a senior, high-impact role working closely with partners, lawyers and business professionals across the organisation and internationally. You will lead the development and delivery of Business Development and Marketing strategy, helping to identify growth opportunities, strengthen client relationships and drive revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and implement BD and Marketing plans for the Real Estate practice.
• Work closely with senior stakeholders to identify and convert client and market opportunities.
• Support major pitches, RFPs, client targeting and cross-selling initiatives.
• Develop market, client and competitor insight to inform strategy.
• Lead relevant events, campaigns, thought leadership and profile-raising activity.
• Oversee marketing materials, capability statements, directory submissions and communications.
• Build strong relationships across the global BD and wider business professional teams.

About you

You will have proven Business Development experience within professional services, ideally gained within a leading law firm, together with a strong understanding of the Real Estate market.
