BUSINESS ENABLEMENT SOURCER
Are you passionate about connecting talented professionals with exciting career opportunities? Our client is seeking a Business Enablement Sourcer to play a key role in identifying and engaging high-calibre candidates across Business Support, HR, Finance, Marketing, Customer Operations, Procurement, Legal and other corporate functions. Working closely with hiring managers and the recruitment team, you'll build strong talent pipelines, champion best-in-class sourcing practices and help deliver an exceptional candidate experience.

BUSINESS ENABLEMENT SOURCER ROLE:
  • Sourcing and engaging talent across a broad range of business enablement functions through direct sourcing, networking and market mapping techniques
  • Building and maintaining high-quality talent pipelines to support both immediate and future hiring needs
  • Partnering with hiring managers and recruiters to understand role requirements, hiring priorities and business objectives
  • Developing tailored sourcing strategies for each vacancy, leveraging LinkedIn, job boards, professional networks and candidate databases
  • Engaging with active and passive candidates to understand career aspirations and build long-term relationships
  • Promoting the employer brand and career opportunities available across the organisation
  • Utilising applicant tracking systems, sourcing tools and video interviewing platforms to improve recruitment efficiency
  • Supporting recruitment activity by maintaining accurate candidate records and ensuring recruitment processes are followed effectively
BUSINESS ENABLEMENT SOURCER ESSENTIALS:
  • Previous experience in a sourcing or talent acquisition role focused on business enablement, corporate functions or professional services recruitment
  • Experience identifying and engaging candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, candidate databases and professional networks
  • Knowledge of sourcing techniques including Boolean searching, talent mapping and pipeline development
  • Experience managing multiple vacancies simultaneously across a variety of corporate functions
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment technology platforms
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
