An experienced Business Transformation Manager / Change Consultant is required to support a major accommodation transformation programme alongside the implementation of a new technology platform. The role will lead change strategy, operating model development, process improvement, stakeholder engagement, adoption planning, and benefits realisation to ensure successful delivery of organisational and operational change.

Description


  • Lead an initial discovery and change assessment phase.
  • Assess business impacts, risks, and organisational readiness.
  • Develop and deliver a pragmatic change management strategy and adoption plan.
  • Validate and improve future-state business processes.
  • Design and document an operating model, including roles, responsibilities, ownership, and governance.
  • Facilitate stakeholder engagement workshops across operational and leadership teams.
  • Produce communications, training, and engagement plans.
  • Define measurable benefits, success metrics, and benefits tracking mechanisms.


Profile

A successful Transformation / Change Consultant should have:

  • Business transformation and organisational change programmes.
  • Change management, adoption, and business readiness.
  • Operating model design and implementation.
  • Business process improvement and optimisation.
  • Benefits realisation and value tracking.
  • Stakeholder engagement within complex organisations.
  • Workshop facilitation and senior stakeholder management.
  • Higher Education sector experience.
  • Accommodation, housing, student services, or customer service transformation programmes.
  • Experience with SaaS platform implementations.
  • Familiarity with self-service, automation, and digital service transformation initiatives.
