Residential Porter in South West London - Jackson Sims Recruitment Ltd

We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Residential Porter to join a residential development in South West London.

This is a hands-on role where the main responsibility is ensuring the development is kept clean, tidy and well presented at all times. The successful candidate will also assist with general porter duties and provide excellent customer service to residents.

• Cleaning communal areas including entrance lobbies, hallways, stairwells and lifts.
• Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming and dusting to a high standard.
• Managing refuse and recycling, including bin stores and collections.
• Carrying out regular checks to ensure communal areas remain clean and safe.
• Reporting maintenance issues and health & safety concerns.
• Assisting with deliveries and general porter duties when required.
• Providing a friendly and professional service to residents and visitors.

• Previous cleaning or residential porter experience is preferred.
• Takes pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
• Reliable, hardworking and self-motivated.
• Friendly with good communication skills.
• Able to work independently and use initiative.
