A fast-growing global technology and consumer electronics business is seeking an Events & Digital Marketing Executive to coordinate and promote its B2B and B2C events, webinars and training programmes.


The role combines end-to-end event management with digital marketing responsibilities, including content, communications, stakeholder engagement, budget management and campaign delivery to drive audience engagement and business growth.


Description

The successful Events & Digital Marketing Executive:


  • Coordinate and deliver B2B and B2C events, webinars and training programmes from planning through to execution and post-event evaluation.
  • Manage event budgets, supplier negotiations, invoices and cost control.
  • Develop project plans, timelines and logistics schedules to ensure seamless event delivery.
  • Source and manage venues, catering partners, production suppliers and external vendors.
  • Collaborate with marketing and design teams to create high-quality event content and materials.
  • Support speaker management, including briefing, scheduling and logistics coordination.
  • Plan and execute event marketing campaigns to drive registrations, attendance and engagement.
  • Oversee event-related communications, ensuring brand consistency across all channels.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with event organisers, sponsors and key stakeholders.
  • Review contracts and manage commercial risks associated with venues and suppliers.
  • Coordinate on-site event requirements, including merchandise, refreshments and promotional activities.
  • Manage website content and digital communications, ensuring event information remains accurate and up to date.
  • Support CRM and digital marketing initiatives to maximise event reach and audience engagement.
  • Monitor market trends, audience insights and event performance, producing reports and recommendations for future improvements.


Profile

The successful candidate will have:

  • Events organisation experience, including planning and marketing execution support
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Confident managing multiple projects with tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Solid financial acumen with experience managing budgets and cost control
  • Strong front-of-house presence
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with digital marketing tools advantageous
  • Proactive, resourceful, and adaptable with a positive, can-do attitude
  • Comfortable working with stakeholders across the business
  • Good knowledge of digital marketing
  • Familiarity with analytics report creation
