Principal Product Manager (Data) to lead the strategy and delivery of innovative data products and platforms.
What You'll Have the Opportunity to Do: - Lead the vision, strategy and roadmap for complex data products and services
- Work closely with senior stakeholders to shape priorities and investment decisions
- Translate business and technical requirements into clear product outcomes
- Lead multidisciplinary teams across product, engineering, data and design
- Drive discovery, delivery and continuous improvement activities
- Partner with Data Engineers, Architects and Analysts to deliver high-value solutions
- Mentor Product Managers and contribute to the growth of the wider product community
- Support business development activities through client engagement and bid work
About the CandidateThe successful
Principal Product Manager (Data) will have:
- Strong experience delivering complex data products, platforms or services
- A proven background in product strategy, roadmaps and prioritisation
- Experience working alongside Data Engineering, Analytics and Architecture teams
- Knowledge of data architecture, data modelling and governance principles
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience influencing senior leaders and driving strategic decisions
- A track record of leading multidisciplinary teams in Agile environments
- Previous consultancy or highly regulated industry experience is desirable
