Nursery Teaching Assistant - Tameside

Tradewind Recruitment are looking for a dedicated and experienced Nursery Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in Tameside from September 2026.

This is a full-time, long-term opportunity, working Monday to Friday, 12:30pm - 6:00pm. The successful candidate must hold an EYFS degree alongside a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or Ofsted-recognised equivalent). Previous experience working within an Early Years setting is essential.

The ideal candidate will:

• Hold an EYFS degree.
• Have a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or Ofsted-recognised equivalent).
• Have recent experience working within a nursery or Early Years environment.
• Be passionate about supporting children's learning, development and wellbeing.
• Be enthusiastic, reliable and able to build positive relationships with pupils, staff and parents.
