I am currently working with a welcoming school in Leicester that is seeking a confident, organised, and proactive Administrator to join their team on a full-time basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a supportive school environment and make a real impact from day one.

What You'll Be Doing

• Welcoming visitors and managing sign-in procedures in line with safeguarding policies
• Handling telephone calls, emails, and general enquiries professionally
• Maintaining pupil and staff records using systems such as SIMS, Arbor, and Microsoft Office
• Supporting day-to-day administrative tasks, filing, and record management
• Assisting with printing, photocopying, and reprographics
• Ensuring compliance with GDPR, safeguarding, and confidentiality procedures

What We're Looking For

• Previous school administration experience
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
• Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
• Professional communication skills and a proactive approach
• A reliable, adaptable, and positive attitude
