Audit Assistant Manager in Doncaster - Sharp Consultancy

Sharp Consultancy are delighted to be working with a fast-growing accountancy practice in their search for an Audit Assistant Manager as they seek to continue the recent growth within the business.

In this role you will be responsible for delivering high-quality work across a varied client portfolio while supporting the day-to-day mentoring and development of junior members of the team.

Working closely with Managers and Partners, you will ensure assignments are delivering to a high standard, on time and within compliance and statutory requirements.

This is an ideal opportunity for a detail-oriented and organised professional who can lead a team whilst delivering excellent client service. Duties/responsibilities:

• Deliver excellent service to a portfolio of clients
• Maintain strong relationships and serve as the main point of contact
• Ensure day to day clients files and audits are completed to the required standard
• Review work of junior members of the team
• Mentor and guide junior staff
• Assist in preparation of new business proposals

Who you are:

• ACA/ACCA qualified
• Commercial mindset
• Confident, personable and professional
• Experience in leading audits within an accountancy practice
• Experience in mentoring/managing junior team members
