Finance Manager in Doncaster - Sharp Consultancy

Sharp Consultancy are partnering with a well-established engineering and infrastructure business in Doncaster who are looking to appoint a Finance Manager to strengthen their finance function.

This is a key role within a growing, project-led organisation where you will take ownership of financial reporting, support commercial decision-making, and work closely with both finance and operational teams to drive performance and improve processes.

The Role

• Ownership of monthly management accounts and month-end process
• Preparation of journals, accruals, prepayments and reconciliations
• Budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis
• Production of KPI and performance reporting
• Cash flow monitoring and financial controls
• Business partnering with operational and project teams
• Supporting process and reporting improvements

About You

• Experience producing management accounts and month-end reporting
• Strong analytical and Excel skills
• Confident communicator who can partner with non-finance teams
• Proactive and commercially minded approach
• Applications welcome from:
• ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified or part-qualified
• AAT qualified with experience
• QBE candidates with relevant management accounts experience
