Warehouse Operative in Wokingham - Source4 Personnel Solutions

We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to join our client’s growing team based in Wokingham. This is a hands-on role supporting the day-to-day running of the warehouse, including goods-in, stock control, picking orders, and maintaining a clean and organised working environment.

Location: Wokingham

Hours: 09:00 - 17:30 (Monday to Friday) - Overtime available when required

Salary: £24,784.50

Key Responsibilities

• Receiving and booking in deliveries
• Picking and preparing orders
• Updating stock systems and handling returns
• Moving and organising warehouse stock
• Supporting stock checks and inventory control
• Maintaining health & safety standards

What We’re Looking For

• Previous warehouse or logistics experience
• Good attention to detail and organisational skills
• Basic IT knowledge
• Reliable, proactive, and team-focused attitude
• Forklift licence beneficial but not essential
