Account Manager - IT & Telecoms in Manchester - Oscar Technology

A growing technology business is looking for an ambitious Account Manager to join its Manchester team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships and growing existing customer accounts rather than chasing cold new business. You'll manage a portfolio of clients, reconnect with dormant accounts, identify upsell opportunities, and help businesses adopt modern technology solutions.

• Managing and developing a portfolio of existing customer accounts

• Re-engaging inactive clients and identifying new revenue opportunities

• Building long-term relationships through consultative account management

• Selling a range of technology solutions including connectivity, cloud and communications

• Preparing proposals, negotiating deals and closing business

• Working closely with internal teams to deliver an excellent customer experience

• Experience in Account Management, Sales or Business Development

• A consultative, relationship-led approach

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Confident managing multiple customer relationships

• Experience within technology, telecoms or IT is beneficial but not essential

• Up to £30,000 basic salary

• Uncapped OTE

• Manchester (Stretford office - 5 days per week)

• Genuine progression opportunities
