We're supporting hospitals nationwide, ensuring clean, well-ventilated, and heated spaces that aid patient recovery. We help cut energy use, carbon emissions, and waste costs, drawing on global best practice from over 400 healthcare projects (including Royal London, St Bartholomew's, Mansfield, Papworth, Derby).

We are currently looking for an Administrator, based at Walsall Manor Hospital who work within the helpdesk team being first point of contact for all stakeholders to log service and maintenance requests. This role is 40 hours per week Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm.

As the Administrator, you will:

  • Responsible for providing overall Helpdesk duties and administrative tasks.
  • Ensure all contract reporting and supporting evidence from the Helpdesk is delivered n accordance with the Project Agreement.
  • Ensure works are logged accurately and progressed in a timely manner, providing updates to stakeholders on the status of their requests.
  • Allocate reactive and maintenance tasks to the appropriate team or specialist sub-contacts ensuring all contracultural SLA's are met.
  • Employee relations activities including Complaints and Compliments
  • Responsible for provision of all records including CAFM reports, PPM management, training records, in house filing and service reports.
  • Undertake any other reasonable tasks and duties relevant to the post.

We are looking for:

  • Possession of an administration qualification.
  • Experience of working on a busy Helpdesk.
  • Excellent communication skills.
