Solar PV Maintenance Engineer (Permanent)

Salary up to £46,000 + Company Vehicle & Fuel Card + Overtime Paid at Time-and-a-Half & Double Time + Mobile, PPE & Uniform Provided

An award-winning electrical engineering and sustainable company is seeking Solar PV Maintenance Engineers to join its growing team. In this role, you will be part of a fantastic team that carry out the maintenance and installation of solar PV systems in high-end residential properties, schools, colleges, commercial and industrial buildings across London and the South East.

Role

• Install, maintain, and upgrade solar PV systems, including reactive repairs and fault finding to diagnose and resolve issues
• Carry out preventative and corrective maintenance on electrical components, inverters, and modules
• Follow all HSE procedures, including site surveys and risk assessments
• To ensure that the relevant documentation is fully completed in an accurate and timely manner

Requirements

• ECS Gold Card
• Full UK Driving Licence
• City & Guilds 2391 or 2394/5 (or equivalent)
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
• Minimum 1 year’s experience in solar PV installation and maintenance
• Clean DBS record
