Salary: £25,000 - £26,000 basic (DOE)
OTE: £50,000+
5-day working week
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Sales Negotiator to join a successful and well-established estate agency in Palmers Green. This is a fantastic role for a motivated property professional with experience in residential estate agency sales who is looking to progress within a high-performing and supportive team.

Role Overview
As a Sales Negotiator, you will be responsible for managing buyers and vendors throughout the full sales process, from initial enquiry through to completion. You will play a key role in generating offers, negotiating deals, and ensuring smooth sales progression.
Key Responsibilities
• Register and qualify buyers
• Arrange and conduct property viewings
• Negotiate offers between buyers and vendors
• Support sales progression from offer agreed to completion
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Generate and follow up new business opportunities
• Maintain accurate CRM records and updates
• Work closely with the wider sales team to achieve targets
What We’re Looking For
• Essential: Previous experience in residential estate agency sales (Negotiator / Valuer / Lister)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Confident, motivated and target-driven
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Professional and customer-focused approach
• Full UK driving licence required
