Commercial Finance Business Partner - Warwick / Flexible Working - £65,000 - £75,000

You will be a strong finance business partner with an analytical mind-set, someone great with numbers and detail, who also has a commercial understanding in terms of how the numbers translate into changes in business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Budgeting and forecasting
• Supporting commercial activities from a finance perspective
• Analysing company performance
• Monitoring and advising the board on weekly KPI's and identifying key variances
• Building strong relationships with stakeholders across the business including non-financial
• Business partnering the commercial teams
• Supporting the FD with commercial projects
• Strong Excel skills essential

You will be a Qualified candidate with a strong finance business partnering background within a commercial organisation, and posses great communication skills, including the ability to challenge stakeholders and gain buy in where necessary. This business offers excellent progression opportunities.
