About the team:In People Experience and Platform (PExP), we're committed to simplifying daily tasks for colleagues throughout Lloyds Banking Group.
We bring together a diverse set of capabilities, spanning colleague experiences, platforms, data, services and transformation, all passionate about delivering outstanding outcomes at scale.
Our Transformation & Enablement team is central to this, playing a meaningful role in crafting the operating model, ways of working, and strategic direction of PExP.
Over the past year, we have driven major changes across the function, including Platform 2.0, Platform 3.0, and the PExP Squad model. We continue crafting what lies ahead.
About the role:As a Senior Manager, you'll collaborate with senior leaders to develop and deliver a broad portfolio of operating model and transformation initiatives. This role reports to the Head of Transformation & Enablement and is positioned at GEC-3 level. It offers high visibility and direct access to senior decision-making forums.
This is a varied, fast-paced role where no two days are the same. Responsibilities include:
Lead Operating Model Strategy & DevelopmentThis isn't about incremental improvement.
