As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a pivotal role in the commercial management of a varied portfolio of projects, working closely with operational teams to ensure successful delivery, maximise profitability, and maintain strong client relationships.

Your role as a Quantity Surveyor will include:

* Manage the commercial performance of construction projects, including cost control, forecasting, and risk management.
* Prepare and agree monthly valuations, applications for payment, and final accounts.
Administer NEC and/or JCT contracts, including notices, compensation events, and change control procedures.
* Price, negotiate, and agree variations with clients and stakeholders.

The successful Quantity Surveyor will need:

* Experience as a Quantity Surveyor within construction or similar
* UK driving license
* Commutable around Chessington
