The Job You’ll Do;

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within target markets and industries.
  • Generate and qualify sales leads through prospecting, networking, and customer engagement.
  • Develop internal sales procedures.
  • Build strong relationships with potential customers and key decision-makers.
  • Support the growth and development of existing customer accounts.
  • Work closely with customers to understand their requirements.
  • Promote the company's products and services
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales presentations.
  • Maintain an active sales pipeline and accurately report activity through the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with departments to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Achieve agreed sales targets and contribute to the company's growth objectives

About You;

  • Previous experience in Sales development, account management, or a customer-facing commercial role.
  • Experience within manufacturing, plastics, packaging, logistics, or industrial sectors would be advantageous.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Commercially aware with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities.
  • Self-motivated, organised, and target driven.
  • Comfortable working independently while contributing to a team environment.
  • Full UK driving licence.
