The successful candidate will become part of a dedicated team focused on delivering exceptional service and supporting continued business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Inputting purchase ledger invoices
• Raising monthly e-commerce invoices
• Updating bank transaction spreadsheets
• Maintaining cash flow control
• Managing and maintaining the Xero accounting system
• Credit control responsibilities
• Preparation of monthly management accounts
• Monitoring customer profitability
• Entering customer invoices into EDI systems
• VAT reporting
• Preparing year-end accounts for external accountants

Ideal Candidate

• QBE or Part-qualified/Qualified Accountant
• Previous experience using Xero accounting software desirable
• Strong Excel and general IT skills
• Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
• Organised with strong attention to detail
