Senior Driving Recruitment Consultant – Swindon

People Solutions are currently recruiting for a Senior Driving Recruitment Consultant to join our Swindon office, overseeing the driving division.

This role would suit applicants who have worked in a similar role as a Recruitment Consultant, Driving Resourcer or Recruitment Account Manager.

Shifts:

• Monday to Friday
• 08:00 – 17:00

Rates of Pay:

• £28,000 – £31,000 per annum
• Performance bonus available

Day-to-Day Duties:

As a Senior Driving Recruitment Consultant, your duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Carrying out business development activity to identify new opportunities
• Managing and developing existing client relationships
• Attending client meetings to discuss recruitment campaigns
• Sourcing and matching candidates to vacancies
• Writing engaging job advertisements
• Shortlisting and interviewing candidates
• Ensuring compliance and completing administrative tasks
• Conducting client service reviews
• Reporting performance figures and working towards KPIs and targets

Essential Skills:

To be successful as a Senior Driving Recruitment Consultant, you will need:

• Excellent communication skills with a positive attitude
• A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
• Strong customer service and client-facing skills
• Ability to work towards targets and KPIs
• The right to work in the UK (proof required)

Desirable Experience:

• Previous recruitment experience would be beneficial
• Business development experience would be advantageous

Training:

• Full paid induction provided
• Ongoing on-the-job training and development from day one
