• Leading audit assignments from planning through to completion across a varied client portfolio
• Preparing and reviewing audit files to the highest technical standards
• Supervising and coaching junior members of the team on audit assignments
• Acting as a key point of contact for clients throughout the audit process
• Communicating audit findings and recommendations clearly to managers and partners
• Keeping up to date with developments in UK auditing standards and financial reporting

• ACA or ACCA qualified, or close to qualification, with a strong audit background
• At least three years' experience working within a UK Practice environment
• Proven experience leading audit assignments and managing junior team members
• Strong technical knowledge of UK auditing standards and financial reporting frameworks
• Excellent communication skills with a confident and professional client-facing manner
• Well organised with the ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines simultaneously
