Estate Agent - Sales Valuer in Pinner - Tate & Harriss - Property Recruitment

We are currently recruiting for a Sales Valuer for our Estate Agency client based in Pinner.

The successful candidate must have Sales Valuing experience in Estate Agency with a strong conversion rate.

Candidates must be a UK Resident and ideally live within a 30-minute commute of the area.

You will need to hold a full UK driving licence and have the use of your own car.

Salary and benefits package for the role of Sales Valuer:

• Basic £25,000 - £30,000
• OTE £60,000 - £70,000

• Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm, 1 in 3 Saturdays

Responsibilities for the role of Sales Valuer:

• Valuing and listing properties
• Providing tailored advice to clients
• Building strong relationships with buyers and sellers
• Following up warm leads
• Creating your own business opportunities
• Working together as a team to achieve success

Key Skills for the role of Sales Valuer:

• Must have Sales Valuing experience in Estate Agency with a strong conversion rate
• Ability to deal with large volumes
• Presentable and well spoken
• Passion for helping people

• Excellent team player
• Proven track record within the property industry
• Motivated and driven to hit targets and deliver results
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
