House Manager in Gibraltar - Silver and Bow

We are seeking an exceptional House Manager to oversee the daily operation of a large, prestigious private residence in Gibraltar.

This is a role for someone who leads with quiet authority, impeccable standards, and genuine warmth, someone who takes pride in running a home that functions, and feels, like no other.

Reporting directly to the Principal's representative, you will take full ownership of the estate and lead a household team of eight, including housekeepers, service staff, security personnel, drivers, and private chefs.

You will be the heartbeat of the household: setting standards, managing schedules, planning ahead, liaising with suppliers, and ensuring every detail is attended to. The role is based in Gibraltar, with the option to reside in Spain. Occasional travel may be required.

• RequirementsProven experience managing a private household
• Ideally a Food & Beverage background, service, menus, and entertaining to a high standard
• Fluent in Spanish, English desirable
• Natural leadership, calm under pressure
• Well-presented, polished, and professional at all times
• Discreet, loyal, and able to operate with complete confidentiality
• Flexible when the family is in residence
• Eligible to work in Gibraltar

• Package & BenefitsSalary: EUR75-80,000 gross per annum (DOE)
