Finance Manager in Skipton - JHE & Partners

JHE & Partners are delighted to be working with an exciting business in Skipton as they look to recruit an experienced Finance Manager to join their finance team on a full time, permanent basis.

Reporting to the Financial Controller, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the finance team with key responsibilities including:

• Preparation of monthly management accounts pack, working closely with the FC
• Balance sheet, P&L, cashflow and variance analysis against budget
• Assisting with the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts
• Reviewing cost analysis and preparation of reports for the senior leadership team to influence commercial/strategic decision making
• Oversee the Assistant Accountant and support the transactional finance team as required
• Be involved in a variety of projects across the business

About you....

• Applicants must have advanced Excel skills
• A desire to improve systems and processes
• The ability to communicate with stakeholders across the business is essential
• Hold an accountancy qualification or be qualified by experience
