Your new role

You will play a key role in producing high-quality, compelling submissions for civils projects. Your responsibilities will include:

• Developing clear, persuasive and compliant bid responses.
• Leading on PCQ submissions and framework documentation.
• Creating and maintaining team CVs for project bids.
• Working closely with operational, commercial and technical teams to gather information and shape strong narratives.
• Supporting continuous improvement of bid libraries and templates.

• Experience writing bids within civils or construction.
• Strong written communication skills and excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and coordinate input from various stakeholders.
• A proactive, organised and collaborative approach.
