Key Responsibilities:
As our Licensee & Fleet Services Administrator, you will:

• Manage licensing applications and renewals with precision and care.
• Maintain accurate records of fleet vehicles and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Coordinate the scheduling of fleet maintenance and repairs, ensuring top-notch service.
• Serve as a point of contact for licensees, addressing inquiries and providing exceptional support.
• Assist in reporting and tracking fleet performance metrics.
• Collaborate with various departments to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.

What We're Looking For:

• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a busy environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Previous experience in fleet administration or a related field is a plus but not mandatory.
• A positive attitude and a willingness to learn!
