Key Responsibilities

  • Produce detailed technical drawings and specifications for residential schemes
  • Coordinate and manage construction information across all project stages
  • Prepare and submit planning and Building Regulations applications
  • Collaborate closely with architects, clients, consultants, and contractors
  • Attend site visits and technical meetings as required
  • Ensure all project information is accurate, compliant, and delivered on time

Ideal Candidate

  • Architectural Technologist with several years' UK experience
  • Strong background in residential projects, including new builds and extensions
  • Good knowledge of UK planning policy and Building Regulations
  • Proficiency in ArchiCAD or similar BIM software
  • Excellent communication and team-working skills
  • Organised, proactive, and capable of working independently and collaboratively
