What you’ll be doing You’ll play a key role in supporting advisers and ensuring clients receive a professional, seamless service. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing client servicing tasks, including updates, changes and general queries
- Preparing client review packs, valuations and meeting documentation
- Processing Letters of Authority, tracking provider responses and updating systems
- Handling new business submissions across pensions, investments and protection
- Liaising with providers to obtain policy information, statements and updates
- Maintaining accurate client records across CRM and provider platforms
- Supporting advisers with meeting prep, follow-up actions and workflow management
- Assisting paraplanners with data gathering and administrative support
- Ensuring all documentation meets FCA and internal compliance standards
You’ll be trusted to take ownership of your workload and help keep the advice process running smoothly.
